徐帆,北京理工大学前沿交叉科学研究院教授、博士生导师,入选北京理工大学特立青年学者,2021年获批国家级青年人才。长期从事光学超分辨显微成像和信息重建领域的研究,致力于开发先进的成像技术,用机器学习的方法实现了在纳米尺度可视化和理解复杂的生物结构及其相互作用,为生命活动的观测提供新的技术手段。研究涉及显微成像、数值模拟、机器学习、高性能计算、量化分析等,涵盖超分辨率领域的多个方面。围绕超分辨成像技术开发,徐帆发展了一系列三维、活细胞以及高通量显微技术对生物样品进行高时空分辨率观测。提出了原位点扩散函数检索技术,直接从原位数据中提取精确的三维模型,解决了理论模型和实际数据的错配问题,实现了靶向原位数据的超分辨重构。提出了一种单分子贝叶斯定位显微技术,实现了高时空分辨率观测细胞动态的同时减少了对特殊设备的依赖。提出了一种深度学习指导的贝叶斯定位显微技术,通过结合深度学习和统计分析实现活细胞超分辨重构。提出了一系列分析工具和计算框架,并与新一代成像探针和高速高灵敏相机结合,解析到活细胞中的密集管状内质网,这一结构曾因传统成像的时空分辨率不足,而被长时期认为是连续的片状结构。
博士期间获得中国科学院计算技术研究所所长特别奖和优秀奖。其博士论文“荧光显微图像中活细胞超分辨成像技术研究”获得中国科学院百篇优秀博士学位论文。代表性论著发表在国际顶级期刊Nature Methods、Cell Research、Protein & Cell、Bioinformatics、Biomedical Optics Express等,并应用其研究在生物学方面做出了新的科学发现,产生了重要的影响。
