个人信息

秦志达,北京理工大学计算机学院特别副研究员,预聘助理教授,硕士生导师。2020年3月于上海交通大学电子系获得博士学位。研究方向包括图神经网络、图对比学习,生成式人工智能,智能推荐系统,物联网及数字媒体仿真等。至今已经在IEEE INFOCOM、TWC、TCOM、TNSE等CCF-A类及国际顶级期刊和会议上共发表14篇论文,承担了国家自然科学基金青年项目,北京理工大学青年学术启动计划。参与了国家自然科学基金重点项目、重点研发计划、面上项目等多个纵向项目。担任IEEEE ICCC 的程序委员会委员,IEEE TMC、TWC、TSP、MobiHoc、INFOCOM、ICNP等期刊和会议的审稿人。
